Ingredients (6)
- 20 oz kiwi sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 fl oz celery juice
- 3 tbsp sugar optional
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Add 20 oz kiwi sliced, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 fl oz celery juice (and sugar to your taste, 3 tbsp maximum) to the blender.

Blend kiwi in a blender. Transfer the mixture to a large pitcher. Use a wooden spoon to stir until all the sugar is dissolved.

Serve over ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
