Ingredients (4)
- 8 fl oz carrot juice from about 20 oz raw carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 12 fl oz orange juice from about 14.5 oz fresh navel oranges, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS

Juice the orange: slowly add 14.5 oz fresh navel oranges to a running juicer and collect juice in a pitcher.

Juice the carrots: add 20 oz raw carrots to the juice to extract juice.

Taste and add sweeteners: add 2 tbsp honey to the juice and stir to dissolve.

Serve: divide into 4 glasses and serve with ice. Optional: garnish with a slice of orange or carrot for visual effect.
If you want to serve it chilled, put the drink in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
