Ingredients (9)

  • 4 oz kale
  • 4 oz cucumber medium sliced, about 3 1/2 fl oz cucumber juice
  • 1 oz celery stalks medium sliced
  • 4 oz green grapes
  • 1 oz ginger sliced
  • 4 fl oz apple juice from 5.3 oz apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water

Separately run 4 oz kale, 1 oz celery, 4 oz cucumber, 4 oz green grapes and 1 oz ginger through the juicer and collect all the juices in one large pitcher.

Add sugar (no more than 2 tbsp), 4 fl oz apple juice, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 1/2 cups coconut water to the pitcher.
