Ginger Water Recipe

Ingredients (8)

  • 3 oz ginger sliced, divided
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 slices lime
  • 4 slices lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Juice 1 ounce of ginger. Have 3 cups of water ready in a tall glass pitcher.

Add 1 tbsp honey, ginger juice, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the pitcher.

Continue to add 2 ounces of sliced ginger, 4 lime slices, 4 lemon slices, and 1 tsp mint leaves to the pitcher.

Add ice cubes. Refrigerate so the fruits and vegetables have time to infuse into the water.

Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
