Ingredients (6)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger juice or grated ginger
- 3 cups water chilled or hot
- 3 tbsp sugar optional
- 2 tbsp small mint leaves for garnish
- 2 cups ice optional
INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve sugar (maximum 3 tbsp) into 3 cups of water in a large pitcher. Add 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp ginger juice and spearmint leaves.

Stir well.

Fill serving glasses with ice (optional) and pour in the ginger lemonade. Garnish with spearmint leaves.
