Ingredients (7)

  • 4 oz spinach
  • 8 oz green grapes
  • 10 oz pineapple
  • 2 oz celery
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Run the 4 oz spinach, 2 oz celery, 10 oz pineapple, and 8 oz green grapes through a juicer. Collect the juice in a large pitcher.

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, sugar (no more than 1 tbsp), and 1 cup water in the spinach juice. Stir until well combined.

Divide into serving glasses without ice cubes. Serve chilled if desired.
