Ingredients (12)
- 8 oz red apples Honeycrisp, cubed
- 6 oz green apples Granny Smith, cubed
- 4 oz celery bias-sliced
- 1 oz red onion finely chopped
- 1 oz pecans broken into pieces
- 1 oz raisins
- 2 oz iceberg lettuce whole leaves
- 0.5 oz cheddar shredded
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine 1/2 tsp honey, 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1/8 tsp salt in a large bowl.

Add to the bowl 4 oz celery, 14 oz cubed apples, 1 oz finely chopped red onion, 1 oz broken pecans, and 1 oz raisins, and toss well until everything is evenly coated.

Place 2 oz iceberg lettuce leaves on a serving platter, and lay the mixture in the middle of the lettuce bed. Sprinkle 0.5 oz shredded cheddar on top.

Serve, or chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
