Spinach Salad Recipe

Our spinach salad is quick and easy to make. All it takes is 5 minutes of cutting and arranging.

Ingredients (13)

  • 8 oz baby spinach
  • 2 oz green apples sliced
  • 3 oz red apples sliced
  • 4 oz strawberries sliced
  • 1 oz dried cranberries
  • 1 oz walnuts crushed
  • 1 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp traditional Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Place 8 oz spinach onto a serving plate.

Arrange 2 oz green apple, 3 oz red apple slices, 4 oz strawberry slices, 1 oz dried cranberries, 1 oz walnuts, and 1 oz feta cheese on top.

Whisk together the 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp traditional Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard in a bowl.

Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad. Toss if desired.
