How to Make Berries Salad

Ingredients (14)

  • 6 oz strawberries halved
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 4 oz blackberries
  • 0.5 oz dried cranberries
  • 4 oz crystal lettuce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp traditional Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 oz almond halved
  • 0.5 oz feta cheese crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp traditional Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp parsley until combined.

Lay 4 oz blackberries, 6 oz strawberries, 6 oz blueberries, and 0.5 oz dried cranberries on top of 4 oz crystal lettuce.

Drizzle the dressing over the top and lightly toss to blend the ingredients together.

Garnish with 2 oz almond and 0.5 oz feta cheese, and enjoy.
