  • 6 oz tomato finely diced
  • 4 oz cucumber finely diced
  • 2 oz red onion finely diced
  • 2 oz red bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 oz yellow bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 tbsp mint finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 4 oz cucumber, 2 oz red onion, 2 oz red bell pepper, 2 oz yellow bell pepper, 6 oz tomato, 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp parsley, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp olive oil.
