  • 5 oz lettuce mix
  • 1 oz arugula
  • 2 oz carrot sliced
  • 1 oz red onion sliced
  • 1 oz walnut
  • 0.5 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp traditional Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the dressing: Combine 1 tbsp honey, 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.

Assemble the salad with 5 oz mixed lettuce, 1 oz arugula, 2 oz carrots, 1 oz walnuts, 1 oz red onions, 0.5 oz feta, and 0.5 oz parmesan, in this order.
