Ingredients (12)

  • 6 oz peeled shrimp from 12 oz raw shrimp
  • 6 oz cooked macaroni
  • 0.5 oz grated cheddar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted chicken broth
  • 4 tsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley minced

INSTRUCTIONS

1

Cut 6 oz peeled shrimp into bite-sized pieces.

2

Melt 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and sauté 1 tbsp garlic in it for 30 seconds.

3

Add the chopped shrimp in and stir to cook for 2 minutes.

4

Stir in 1/4 tsp paprika and 4 tsp all-purpose flour.

5

Pour in 1 cup whole milk, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 cup unsalted broth. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
