- 12 oz red dragon fruit peeled, cut into chunks
- 8 oz kiwi peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 oz white dragon fruit for garnish, diced
- 2 cups ice
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Put 2 cups ice, 12 oz red dragon fruit, 8 oz kiwi, 1 whole milk, 1 tbsp honey, 4 mint leaves into a blender.

Blend at high speed in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
