- 8 oz blueberries
- 2 oz kale
- 18 oz banana
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients in the blender with solids on top of liquids in the following order: 2 cups ice cubes, 1 cup whole milk, 2 oz kale, 8 oz blueberries, and 18 oz bananas.

Blend in 20 - 30 second at high power mode until smooth.
