Ingredients (7)
- 4 oz spinach
- 14 oz banana
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tbsp honey optional
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 6 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Scoop the avocado fresh.

Put 2 cups of ice into a blender. Add in 14 oz banana, 4 oz spinach, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, and honey to your taste, maximum 2 tbsp. Blend for 20 - 30 seconds at high power until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
