Ingredients (8)
- 10 oz red apple
- 14 oz bananas
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Put 2 cups of ice and 14 oz bananas into a blender. Add 10 oz red apple, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tbsp honey to the blender.

Blend in 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Pour into serving glasses.

Garnish with 8 mint leaves and serve immediately.
