Ingredients (7)
- 12 oz pineapple cut into chunks
- 10 oz cucumber (peeled if bitter), cut into chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 cups ice preferably ice nuggets
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients (2 cups ice, 12 oz pineapple, 10 oz cucumber, 1 cup coconut water, 1 tsp lime juice, 2 tbsp sugar) in a blender, starting with the ice.

Cover and blend in 20 - 30 second until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
