Ingredients (6)
- 2 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
- 2 oz old-fashioned rolled oats
- 10 oz banana
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup whole milk
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend 2 oz rolled oats into a powder.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except chia seeds): 2 cups ice, 10 oz banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup milk.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds at high speed until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Top with chia seeds, and enjoy.
