Ingredients (7)
- 12 oz pineapples cut into chunks
- 0.25 oz ginger finely chopped
- 3 cups ice preferably soft ice like ice nuggets
- 1 cup orange juice
- 8 mint leaves more for garnish
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds soaked or raw
INSTRUCTIONS

Add ingredients: 3 cups ice, 12 oz pineapples, 0,25 oz ginger, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp honey, mint leaves to the blender.

Cover and blend in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Top with chia seeds, garnish with more mint leaves and serve immediately.
