Ingredients (8)

  • 8 oz pumpkin purée
  • 8 oz bananas chopped
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 oz pecans crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in the blender (2 cups ice, 8 oz pumpkin purée, 8 oz bananas, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp syrup, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 oz pecans), starting with the ice.

Cover and blend in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.
