  • 10 oz papaya
  • 8 oz avocado
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to blender: 2 cups ice, 10 oz papaya, 8 oz avocado, 1 cup orange juice, sugar (maximum 1 tbsp), mint leaves.

Blend at high power mode in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.
