- 12 oz strawberries frozen
- 4 oz blueberries frozen
- 4 oz blackberries frozen
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp honey optional
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine 2 cups ice, 12 oz strawberries, 4 oz blueberries, 4 oz blackberries, 1 cup milk, and honey (to your taste but no more than 3 tbsp) in a blender.

Blend at high power mode in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
