Ingredients (6)
- 12 oz red apples core removed, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.25 oz ginger peeled and finely minced
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 cups ice
INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the ingredients: 2 cups ice, 12 oz apples, 1 1/2 cups orange juice, 2 tbsp honey, 0.25 oz ginger and mint leaves (leave a couple of mint leaves behind) into a blender.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds at high power mode until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.

Garnish with the remaining mint leaves and enjoy your refreshing beverage.
