Ingredients (12)
- 10 oz avocado cubed
- 10 oz mango cubed
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 oz jalapeño chopped
- 1 oz red onion chopped
- 2 oz red bell pepper diced
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the prepared fruits and vegetables in a mixing bowl: 10 oz avocado, 10 oz mango, 1/4 cup cilantro, 0.5 oz jalapeño, 1 oz red onion, 2 oz red bell pepper. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic and 1/2 tsp pepper.
