  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 oz fresh strawberry quartered, optional
  • 4 oz fresh blueberries optional
  • 4 oz walnuts roughly chopped, optional

Mix the wet ingredients: In a pitcher, add 2 cups milk, 1 cup Greek yogurt, and 2 tbsp honey. Whisk well to combine.

Arrange the containers: Divide equal amounts of 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, 4 tbsp chia seeds, and 2 tsp cinnamon powder into four jars or airtight containers. Add equal parts of the milk mixture and mix everything to combine.

Refrigerate: Put the lids on and refrigerate for 8 hours (or at least 4 hours.)
