Ingredients (5)
- 20 oz pineapple peeled, core removed, frozen
- 4 fl oz pineapple juice
- 2 fl oz white rum
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 7 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine 20 oz frozen pineapple, 4 fl oz pineapple juice, 2 fl oz white rum, 1/4 cup coconut milk, and 3 mint leaves.

Blend until completely smooth.

Garnish and serve: Divide and pour into four medium glasses. Garnish with a mint leaf on each glass and serve.
