- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 oz red apple sliced

In a large pitcher, add together 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 cups warm water, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
