      I’d recommend drinking 1 to 2 servings a day as long as they’re within your calorie/macro restriction 🙂

      Drinking lots of liquids certainly leads to the inevitable visit to the bathroom. Unless the situation you’re in requires infrequent bathroom visits, it’s quite healthy for your body to do that.

    They forgot mention it helps reduce inflammation inner issues. It’s so great. But we use only cold water not ice water 400cc after cinnamon powder melt with a bit of hot water. And drink it all once. 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌈☮️
