Ingredients (9)
- 6 fl oz carrot juice from 12-16 oz carrots
- 4 oz beet
- 0.5 oz ginger
- 5 fl oz pineapple juice from 6-7 oz pineapples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 cups ice
INSTRUCTIONS

Make the juices: Feed your juicer with cubes of 4 oz beets and 0.5 oz ginger slices and collect the juice. If you don’t have 6 fl oz carrot juice and 5 fl oz pineapple juice on hand, cut 16 oz carrots and 7 oz pineapples into chunks and feed them into the machine as well.

Mix: Mix the juices with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1 cup water. Stir until everything is well combined. Serve with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
