- 2 fl oz pineapple juice fresh
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 fl oz 80-proof white rum
- 3 fl oz blue cordial
- 12 fl oz club soda
- 4 fl oz coconut water
- 1 tbsp sugar optional
- 8 fresh spearmint leaves garnish
- 2 oz cherries garnish
- lemon slices garnish
- 2 cups ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1 tbsp lemon and 2 fl oz pineapple juices, 12 fl oz club soda, 4 fl oz coconut water, 2 fl oz rum, 3 fl oz blue cordial, and sugar to your taste but no more than 1 tbsp into a larger pitcher. Stir to combine.

Garnish with cherries, mint, and sliced lemon. Serve over ice.
