Ingredients (11)

  • 2 fl oz pineapple juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 fl oz 80-proof white rum
  • 3 fl oz blue cordial
  • 12 fl oz club soda
  • 4 fl oz coconut water
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 8 fresh spearmint leaves garnish
  • 2 oz cherries garnish
  • lemon slices garnish
  • 2 cups ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1 tbsp lemon and 2 fl oz pineapple juices, 12 fl oz club soda, 4 fl oz coconut water, 2 fl oz rum, 3 fl oz blue cordial, and sugar to your taste but no more than 1 tbsp into a larger pitcher. Stir to combine.

Garnish with cherries, mint, and sliced lemon. Serve over ice.
