Ingredients (6)
- 10 fl oz orange juice
- 6 oz beet
- 6 oz pomegranate
- 2 tbsp sugar optional
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Make the beet juice: Feed 6 oz beets into the juicer and collect the juice.

Make the pomegranate juice: Get a piece of cheesecloth and place it in a bowl. Add a handful of 6 oz pomegranate seeds in the middle, grab the corners of the cloth, and wring out the pomegranate juice.

Mix the ingredients: Mix the juices (beet, pomegranate, 10 fl oz orange juice) in a large pitcher. Add sugar (no more than 2 tbsp) and 1/2 cup water, and stir until everything dissolves.

Serve: garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
