Ingredients (7)

  • 16 fl oz pineapple juice from 18-20 oz of pineapple
  • 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Drop 2 tbsp mint leaves into a large pitcher and use a wooden spoon to crush them.

Add 16 fl oz pineapple juice, 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 1/2 cups water.

Stir until all the honey dissolves.

Serve over ice.
