- 10 oz passion fruit raw, yields 4.6 fl oz juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp mint for garnish
- 2 cups ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS

Use a knife to cut the 10 oz passion fruit in half crosswise. Scoop the pulp out and into a bowl.

Pour the seedy passion fruit pulp into a mesh sieve set over a big bowl, use a large spoon to press as much juice through as possible.

In a pitcher, whisk passion fruit juice together with 2 cups water and 4 tbsp sugar. Stir to combine.

Pour the juice over ice, garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
Sometimes, the edible seeds can be saved after straining and added to the serving cups for extra crunch and garnish.
