Healthy Recipes 101 is a blog that promotes healthy lifestyles to individuals and families. We are committed to making wholesome eating and living a preferable choice for everyone by introducing a wide variety of recipes as well as quality kitchen tools to support home cooking.
To raise awareness and show our support for balanced eating habits among young people, apart from introducing easy healthy recipes for college students, we are pleased to offer the annual Luna Regina Healthy Eating Scholarship. The scholarship worth $1000 in cash will be awarded to the current college student of any field of studies who writes the best essay on the following topic:

Scholarship Application Guidelines
Please read the guidelines below carefully before making your submission.
- The applicant must, on the scholarship result date, be enrolled in a two year or four year college program. College students from all fields of studies, departments, nationalities are welcome.
- The applicant must write an email with the subject line of “Luna Regina Healthy Eating Scholarship Application” to scholarships@healthyrecipes101.com. They will state in the email their name, contact address, phone number, the school name and state where they are attending college.
- The essay must be sent as an attachment in the aforementioned email. The file should be named “HLS_yourlastname“. Example: HLS_regina
- The essay must be in Word form (.doc or .docx extension), written in English, and be at least 500 words in length.
- By submitting their essay, the student allows Luna Regina to publish it on Healthy Recipes 101 website.
Important Dates And Deadlines
- Submission starting date: January 1, 2017
- Submission deadline: June 30, 2017
- Result announcement date: July 15, 2017
(*The scholarship will be wired to the winner’s school before being disbursed to the student in cash)
