Ingredients (6)
- 10 oz strawberry with stems removed
- 17 oz banana sliced
- 3 oz orange orange segments only
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp sugar optional
- 1 cup ice or more
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients: 1 cup ice first, 17 oz banana, 10 oz strawberry, 3 oz orange, 3/4 cup whole milk and sugar (to your taste but no more than 4 tbsp) in your blender.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.
