Ingredients (7)

  • 20 oz strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 oz almond nuts
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • 2 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine 2 cups ice, 20 oz strawberries, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 1 oz almond nuts in a blender.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds at high speed until completely smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
