Ingredients (8)
- 10 oz green apple, peeled, and cut into wedges core removed
- 8 oz kiwi peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 oz kale
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups ice
- 8 mint leaves
- 3 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine 2 cups ice, 10 oz green apple, 8 oz kiwi, 2 oz kale, 1 cup water, 1 tsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp honey in a blender.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds at high power mode until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
