- 8 oz blueberries frozen
- 2 oz banana frozen
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp spearmint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, add 8 oz frozen blueberries, 2 oz frozen banana, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Blend in 30 - 60 seconds until smooth.
