Ingredients (7)

  • 8 oz blueberries frozen
  • 2 oz banana frozen
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp spearmint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, add 8 oz frozen blueberries, 2 oz frozen banana, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Blend in 30 - 60 seconds until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Add 1 cup vanilla ice cream. Garnish with mint, blueberry skewer. Serve.
