- 12 oz pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups ice
- 1 tbsp sugar optional
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8 mint leaves

Place all ingredients except for mint: 12 oz pineapple, 2 cups ice, 1 cup milk, sugar (maximum 1 tbsp), 2 tsp lemon juice in a blender, starting with the ice.
