Ingredients (6)
- 10 oz oranges peeled
- 2 cups ice preferably ice nuggets
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 1/2 tbsp honey optional
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients 2 cups ice, 10 oz orange, 1 cup orange juice, honey (to your taste, 2 1/2 tbsp maximum), 2 tsp orange zest, mint leaves in a blender, starting with the ice.

Cover and blend at high speed in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Garnish with more mint leaves and serve immediately.
