Orange Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (6)

  • 10 oz oranges peeled
  • 2 cups ice preferably ice nuggets
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 8 mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients (2 cups ice, 10 oz orange, 1 cup orange juice, 2 1/2 tbsp honey, 2 tsp orange zest, mint leaves) in a blender, starting with the ice.

Cover and blend at high speed in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses.

Garnish with more mint leaves and serve immediately.
