Summer is coming and watermelon is going to be everywhere! This watermelon smoothie recipe is just what you need for a quick, nutritious, and wonderfully refreshing drink that will cool down the thirst on hot summer days.

Ingredients (6)
- 30 oz frozen watermelon
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS

Pour 30 oz frozen watermelon, 1 cup ice cubes, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, 8 mint leaves and honey to your taste (but no more than 1 tbsp) in a blender and secure with a lid.

Blend for 10–15 seconds or until it becomes smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
