Ingredients (8)
- 10 oz avocado peeled, pit removed
- 6 oz strawberries stems removed
- 3 oz blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey optional
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 6 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Put 1 cup ice, 10 oz avocado, 6 oz strawberries, 3 oz blueberries, honey (no more than 2 tbsp), 1 cup whole milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt into a blender.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds in high power mode until smooth and creamy.

Garnish and serve: Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.
