- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp spearmint leaves fresh
- Use a large wooden spoon to mix 12 fl oz grapefruit juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup water, and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice in a large jar.
