Cucumber juice can also be obtained via a no waste option. I strain the unsalted juice from finely grated cucumber when prepping for tzatziki sauce, and sometimes from lightly salted slices when prepping for salads. The salted version is great with lime juice or limeade, and I no longer drink but, probably some tequila as well.

Hi, if you’d like to gain weight, we recommend eating more high-calorie meals that are nutritionally balanced. They should have a decent amount of proteins (meats, fish, eggs), healthy fats (cheese, nuts, avocados, etc.), and carbs (bread, rice, grains, potatoes, etc.). We also recommend some light snacking between meals like protein bars, crackers with dips, smoothies, milkshakes, etc.
