How Much ACV Should You Drink A Day?
One to two tablespoons of vinegar is the recommended maximum daily intake of apple cider vinegar. For higher content of it, there are a few health warnings you should take into account in the below part.

Side Effects
Apple cider vinegar, much like other types of vinegar, should always be diluted. Due to its high acidity, if you drink it straight, you could possibly damage the enamel of your teeth, hurt your throat and stomach.
Vinegar has also been reported to alter insulin levels and cause potassium levels to drop low. This is an important warning for patients with type 1 diabetes or people who are taking common diuretics. Diabetes medicines, diuretics, and laxatives may not work properly after the consumption of apple cider vinegar.
For instance, as diuretics (except for potassium-sparing diuretics) already causes you to lose potassium, the help of vinegar may even aggravate the situation. Your muscles and nerves need potassium to function normally, so it’s important to keep the potassium level within the normal range.
In sum, apple cider vinegar seems to have little risk as long as it’s consumed in the right way.
