INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium eggs
- 0.25 oz Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp scallions (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 0.25 oz Parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tbsp whole milk, and 1/2 tbsp heavy cream.
