How to Peel a Grapefruit

Let’s start by cutting the two “poles” or top and bottom of the fruit just enough to expose the flesh. Then slice off the skin by using the knife to cut from the north to the south poles. The goal is to remove the skin without sacrificing too much of the edible flesh.

- 4 fl oz tequila
